Let us introduce ourselves. Our names are Petra Holečková and Patrik Holeček. We live in Pardubice and we enjoy living, creating, working and travelling. Our creativity has always been inspired by beautiful places, things and people.
Chalet Petra is another shared dream that has come true and we would love you to dream it together with us. In addition to the Chalet Petra we also run stylish restaurant Galerie Café Park restaurant in Pardubice and ,furthermore, flower shop Holflor Studio 1 offering wide range of cut flowers and pot plants as well as interior design accessories. Our company Holflor is primarily engaged in wholesale of flowers that we purchase on the Dutch flower auction. We also offer products from Dutch furniture and home accessories brands Riviera Maison and PTMD.
The mountain wooden stylish interior of the Chalet Petra in combination with glass and stone creates unique airy and at the same time cosy space. There is an entrance to the outdoor area from the living room where you can grill or light a fire in the fireplace.

A smaller area with a ski slope with a large elevation. In Velka Upa, skiing is without queues, even in the busiest times. Right next to the lower station of the Portasky chair lift there is a children’s LIVE park with conveyor belt for teaching of clients in SkiResort Live ski school. The Sagasserky children’s ski slope is located in Portasky near upper station of the chair lift.
There is a ski school office, a rental shop, a test centre and a great ski service SkiResort Live in Velka Upa, 30 metres from the lower station of the Portasky chair lift. You can also use babysitting services there.
More informationsSkiResort CERNA HORA – PEC is the largest ski area in the Czech Republic, where you can ski on 50 km of slopes and ski trails for 1 ski pass. The SkiResort consists of 6 interconnected areas – Cerna hora, Pec pod Snezkou, Cerny Dul, Mala Upa, Velka Upa and Svoboda nad Upou. Each of these has a different character and different difficulty of the ski slopes. In addition to the longest slopes, up to three kilometres, you will also find children’s sites with facilities for small skiers, or attractive skiing experience on Funline fun tracks with banked bends and tunnel, or the track with a timer for giant slalom and downhill.
You can also use our official services with a quality guarantee under the heading of SkiResort Live – ski school, rental, ski services, test centre and sports shop. We operate Live parks for teaching children with conveyor belts and children’s ski tows in 4 out of 6 areas.
More informationsThe Pecka game landscape is a unique playground consisting of wooden interactive sculptures and objects based on the motives of the Giant Mountain fauna and offers larger-than-life encounter with the animal inhabitants of the highest Czech mountains. Sticking a head in a lynx’s mouth, riding a deer in its antlers, pit your strength against belligerent ants or climbing into a stork’s nest can be didactive as well as amusing.
More informationsThe tree top trail is situated in Janske Lazne in the heart of the majestic forests of the Giant Mountains National Park where you can get to know the beautiful forests literally from their roots to their tree tops. You will become a part of forest life and you will meet a number of animals and plants that you will not be able to find anywhere else.
More informationsBoth children and adults will have fun in the Relax Park in Pec pod Snezkou. The main attraction is bobsled track with a total length of 900 meters. A lift will take you to the upper station and then you will go down yourself on a 700-meter-long slope. In some places you will be up to 8 meters above the ground. There is also the Lemuria children’s area for small and large children, full of climbing frames, long adrenaline slides, large trampolines and an inflatable castle.
More informationsYou can hike the highest mountain in the Czech Republic, Snezka, either through Obri dul past the chalet Slezska bouda or through Ruzohorky and Ruzova hora. The easiest way to get to the highest peak of the Czech Republic is by cable car Pec pod Snezkou – Snezka.

More informationsWalking trail for families with children – the so-called Krakonosova zpovednice is an ideal choice for a walk with a pram or with children on bouncers or by bike with smaller children. The trail goes along Stara cesta (Old Road) from Pec pod Snezkou to Velka Upa where it brings us to an end at the playground. Krakonosova zpovednice (Krakonos‘ confessional) is located in the former chapel by the Old Road in Velka Upa and it is intended for commitment of children’s wishes and sins. There are 8 stops for children in Velka Upa an along the Old Road to Pec in the form of game elements such as noughts and crosses, frog maze etc.
